The last item in an entry in the Search Indexes list is a magnifying glass. Clicking on this will load a search screen for searching the index. Using this tool, you can search the index for a specific search string (one or more words). Note that some words, like ‘a’, ‘an’, and ‘the’, are not added to the search index. They are too common, and including them would just bloat the index. Type the search string in the Query field. Using the Sort order drop-down list, you can specify whether the returned results are organized by Score, Date created, Date last modified, or Title. You can also specify which folders and categories you want to search, and you can even organize results by category (by checking the checkbox at the bottom of the Query section).
